I have been thinking about adding some video elements to the blog for a while, but I couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted to do. Now, I have finally come up with an idea that strikes a chord with me and I hope it will with you as well!

When I started this blog a year and a half ago, I wanted to talk about those things that truly make life fabulous and worth living. So, starting with today’s post, I will take a few minutes every now and then to share things that make me smile.

Fulfillment comes from knowing who you are and why you are here on this big blue ball we call earth. Sometimes it’s tricky to identify your sense of purpose, but I believe mindful gratitude and thankfulness are a good place to start.

Is life always easy? No! But, that doesn’t mean I should allow my attitude, perspective and outlook to be highjacked by the rise and fall of my circumstances. So, what do I do? I choose joy. I would rather face each day with a smile…how about you?
