If you have followed my blog any length of time, you know I am crazy about black and white. Although I love to throw a lot of color into my wardrobe, I still always come back to my monochromatic standard. This week I’m wearing a ladylike black and white outfit.

Black And White Outfit
Black and white is a combination filled with possibilities and contrasts. This outfit is full of feminine details, which are brought center stage in the absence of other colors.
I love the layered details on this skirt from Club Monaco.
I paired this skirt with a simple winter white blouse with a sheer cut-out accent. Winter white is a great color option for women who may feel like traditional white is too stark for their skin tone.
I kept the jewelry accents very feminine, with a mix of yellow gold, white gold and pearls. This pearl fashion necklace was my grandmother’s.
