For some of you, the winter doldrums are probably kicking in about now. On this Wonderful Wednesday, why don’t you think of ways to add a little color to your life!

Add A Little Color To Your Life!

Winter weather can easily magnify blah feelings. Everything seems just a little bit harder when you’re having to wade through snow or struggle with three layers of clothing.

Of course I don’t really have any “winter” to speak of in the tropics, but I’ve seen quite a few pictures taken by my frozen friends. But then, it’s not always the weather that gets you down. Sometimes, you look around and all you see is blah…same old job, same old commute and same old routine.

If this is how you feel, then it’s time for a “pull yourself up by your boot straps” moment. We choose joy…joy doesn’t choose us. If you are feeling blah, then do something to change your situation.  If the canvas around you is way too monochromatic, shake it up by adding some color. Wear a red scarf; bake a lemon pie or do something nice for someone else to bring a little color to their face. Add a little color to your life!
