How to Set Workable and Achievable Fitness Goals
January 9, 2016Add A Little Color To Your Life – Wonderful Wednesday
January 13, 2016After last week’s dressed up shoot, I thought it was about time to go a little more casual this week. Today, I’m sharing what I really wore to see a movie.
What I Really Wore – Gone To The Movie
I had a lot of home time this week. Other than the gym, I’ve been working around the house to get things back to normal after the holidays. By Saturday night it was time to get out of the house, so my daughter and I decided to catch a movie.
I took this, not so clear, shot before leaving home. Then, I made the mistake of asking my daughter to take a picture of me during dinner. No one will ever accuse her of being an Instagram Daughter, because she makes sure to make the experience just uncomfortable enough to have me grabbing for my phone! But, I think I’ll keep her anyway;)
For this outfit, I wore Calvin Klein rolled-up jeans, a Michael Kors casual top and a black sweater. I topped it off with leather lace-up flats from Italian shoemaker, Pabder and a red tote purse from Mango. I thought this was the perfect look to go see my childhood favorite, Charlie Brown.
The straight legged jeans were a nice break from my go-to skinny jeans and provided some extra wiggle room for a night out at the movie. Rolling up the ends lends some extra visual interest and it also helps to show off really cute shoes.

Hi Rachel. Yes, the laced up look just adds a little more visual interest to the basic flat and they are very popular this season.
