What I Really Wore – A Fall Redo For Pastels
October 5, 2015This Week I’m Taking A Break From The Profound
October 10, 2015Are you too busy; feeling like you’ve got a million things to do? That seems to be the new normal for so many of us these days. In fact, the more gizmos and gadgets they create to make our lives easier, the more time it takes to manage them all!
You’ve probably heard the saying, “It takes more muscles to frown than to smile.” Well, science doesn’t actually bear this out. In fact, it may even take less muscle use to frown; HOWEVER, we are generally used to smiling more than frowning, so those muscles are likely stronger.
The moral of this little story…stick with your strengths and smile! 🙂 Will smiling lessen your work load or finish the items on your to-do list…well, not exactly. But, our perspective influences our attitude, which in turn makes or breaks our outlook…so, in a roundabout way, a smile can help us finish our tasks and feel better in the process.
And, a smile does wonders for those you run into along the way! 😉 Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday!

Are there ever enough hours in any day? Organisation is what I need, or a rewind button would be handy. I missed the first “My Refind Style” link up. Have tried to subscribe through email but it wont go through for some reason.

Hey Laurie, yes things can really pile up and fast!!! I do find that the more organized I am, the calmer I am. I have just changed over to yet another subscription format…oh, the struggle. I think this one is going to be a keeper. You may have gotten caught in the transition. I can add you manually…is the email you are using now the one you prefer?
Nice eyes LOL 🙂
