How many times have I blamed my inability to control my weight on lack of willpower? I’ve said it a lot and, most likely, so have you. But here’s the thing…willpower is not genetic. Ultimately, weight loss and management comes down to a conscious choice.

If you are like I was, then you have wandered why some people seem to have willpower while yours appears to be broken or misaligned. For years, I was frustrated with my inability to control my weight. Finally, I took a new approach to eating and threw away the idea of traditional dieting.

I am thrilled to say I have developed habits to finally establish a healthy relationship with food after a two-decade struggle. I recently put this and other incites I’ve discovered into a book, Find Your Weigh, to help you develop a new food mindset and your own workable food habits.
