Good to &quot;see&quot; you! 
These are very good tips. I told my mom that she needs to learn how to &quot; be still&quot; or learn to sit quietly with herself, as she always thinks she has to be busy. It really is important too. I love my sleep and cherish it! I know what you mean about hormones. uck. Good to hear the estrogen is helping. I work out at home and then at the gym several days- about 4-5 days a week, a combo of cardio and strength training.
