					<description><![CDATA[These are absolutely amazing tips! I already don&#039;t drink soda&#039;s (or very very rarely), so that one didn&#039;t really apply to me.
But I have a major sweet tooth. I really like your 3 bite rule, because you are right--the first 2 bites are the best, and then you can have that &quot;last bite&quot; with the 3rd. I will definitely be doing this from now on.
I sometimes opt for a protein-style, or lettuce-wrapped, burger, but the one bun idea is great, especially if you are craving just that little bit of carbs.
